Est. — A Workshop for Sabers

The hilt sits cold
in the palm.

Ignition is a single, controlled sound. The blade extends, and the room changes. That is the moment Battlix builds for.

Our Story

A saber should be worth swinging.

The lightsaber market has long pulled in two opposite directions. On one side: hollow, brittle replicas that splinter on the first hard contact. On the other: museum-grade display pieces priced like museum pieces and too delicate to actually use. For collectors who wanted both — a saber that looked like a tribute and behaved like a weapon — there was nothing in between.

Battlix exists to occupy that ground. We began with a short line of original hilts and a handful of character-inspired tributes, all engineered to a single rule: a saber should be worth swinging. The catalog has since grown past eighty hilts, but that rule hasn't moved.

The Catalog

Three lines, one standard.

The Battlix catalog is organized into three distinct lines, each engineered to the same level of fit and finish, separated only by the kind of story the hilt is telling.

Character-Inspired Hilts

Faithful tributes to the lightsabers that defined a generation — Vader, Luke, Anakin, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Mace Windu, Ahsoka, Kylo Ren, Darth Maul, and many more. Each hilt is studied from reference material, then translated into a piece that holds up under both close inspection and full-contact dueling.

Original Battlix Designs

A second front, designed entirely in-house. The Talon, Legacy, Fantom, Elysium, Vanguard, Kyber, Wrath, Sol, Shadow, Ghost — each carries its own visual language and its own backstory. Not homages. New entries in the saber canon.

Bundles & Multi-Hilt Sets

Matched pairs at meaningful savings — built for sparring partners, instructors and students, parents and kids. For collectors who can't choose, multi-hilt sabers like the Rogue × Vanguard 16-in-1 condense an entire range into a single shell.

The Workshop

Built from metal, not marketing.

Every Battlix hilt starts with CNC-machined aluminum. No castings. No plastic shells dressed up to look like metal. The weight you feel in your hand is the metal itself — cool, dense, and carrying the kind of presence that announces what you're holding before the blade even ignites.

The internals scale with how the saber will be used. Four soundboard tiers, each chosen by Battlix for a specific kind of owner.

Baselit V3 / V4
The entry platform. Crisp ignition, responsive sound, single-color blade. Built for first-time owners and clean displays.
Xenopixel V3
The neopixel standard. Per-pixel illumination with hundreds of pre-loaded sound fonts. Cinematic blade effects, smooth color transitions, deep customization.
SN Pixel V4
The refined pixel platform. Tighter audio response and richer in-blade visuals — our newest tier, engineered for the next generation of pixel-saber wielders.
Proffie 2.2
The gold standard. Unlimited sound fonts, full motion-tracked smooth-swing, lockup, clash, blaster-block, and the cleanest audio in the industry. The board collectors ask for by name.

Blades are impact-grade polycarbonate, rated for full-contact use. Batteries are rechargeable lithium. Everything that should be removable is removable. Everything that should be repairable is repairable. A Battlix saber is built to last decades — and to be serviced when it doesn't.

The Philosophy

Built for duelists.
Designed for collectors.

Most saber brands choose a side. They build sturdy combat hilts that look like industrial pipe, or they build show pieces too delicate to swing. Battlix refused to choose.

Every hilt we make is engineered to live on both sides of that line — a centerpiece that holds up to repeated close inspection, and a weapon that holds up to repeated close contact. That single decision shapes every detail: the thickness of the metal, the reinforcement of the emitter, the finish quality that runs uniformly across our combat-ready Duelist line and our flagship Proffie builds.

The saber on the wall and the saber in the duel are the same saber.
The Experience

A purchase, then a relationship.

A Battlix saber isn't a transaction. It's the start of a relationship with a piece you'll likely own for years — and the support behind it is engineered with the same care as the hilt itself.

Guidance before the purchase

Choosing between Baselit, Xenopixel, SN Pixel, and Proffie isn't always obvious — and the wrong choice means a saber that doesn't match how you'll actually use it. Our team answers questions before you commit, not just after.

US inventory, faster delivery

A meaningful portion of our catalog ships from US warehouses, cutting transit times to days rather than weeks for North American customers.

Support that lasts

Sabers are mechanical things. They get dropped, knocked, sometimes pushed past their limits. Replacement blades, replacement parts, recalibration walkthroughs — the post-purchase relationship matters as much as the sale.

The Range

For every wielder.

A Battlix saber begins at a price that makes the hobby accessible and scales to flagship builds for serious collectors. The Padawan Bundle puts a matched pair in the hands of a parent and child for the price of a single mid-range hilt. The Anakin Proffie 2.2 sits in the hands of competitive duelists at premium events. Both are built in the same workshop, to the same standard. The Battlix name carries the same weight on either end of the catalog.
